Return & Refund Policy
At Bhomey, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made 3D Printed Creations.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Custom 3D-printed orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
