Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom 3D Printed Creations require 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable).
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier may make additional delivery attempts. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments).
Provide your order number along with photos or videos of the package (for damaged items).
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Bhomey is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
